Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery is typically 7–20 business days after processing, depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. Expedited delivery may be available for selected products and destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping is available where shown at checkout.

Countries Served

We ship to many international destinations. Availability depends on the product and delivery address. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of shipment confirmation, please contact us.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may arrive separately when they are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
