Part 3 of the BFH Mindset & Wellness series, inspired by Marisa Peer's five RTT® principles. These are practical ideas, not universal laws of neuroscience.
You don't have to transform your life overnight.
Your Brain Learns Through Practice
Repeated actions in consistent settings can become more automatic. Habits usually develop gradually; there is no universal number of days that guarantees a habit.
Start Smaller
Begin with five or ten minutes of walking rather than demanding a perfect hour-long workout. Repeating an achievable action builds experience and familiarity.
Use Existing Cues
Try: “After my morning coffee, I'll walk for ten minutes.” Or: “After lunch, I'll take a short movement break.” When you miss a day, return to your routine without self-criticism.
You don't need perfection. You need a routine you can return to.
Inspired by RTT® principles; independent educational adaptation, not an official RTT® publication.
